The City of Albany, California

Evari conducted a streetlight inventory for the City of Albany, California to assess the city and current streetlighting conditions, develop a GIS inventory of existing streetlights, and create a shareable website and dashboards for the city and its residents. Evari inventoried 916 streetlights, collecting 30 unique attributes and necessary photos associated with each streetlight in the field. In addition to the standard daytime audit, Evari also conducted a night audit to determine the status of the lighting.

Evari also created an interactive StoryMaps website using a survey to educate the public about lighting design and receive feedback on the quality of lighting in their city. This ensures that Clanton & Associates is able to incorporate the voices of the local community into future lighting design decisions.
